Hi
We have a cancelled concert, is there a report which will list name, seats , phone number
Hi Lisa,
We recently had a cancellation and we pulled a list for patrons who had that specific performance in their ticketing history. We then set up an output set with the information we needed to make a call down. In output set, the only thing we weren’t able to create was “seat location”. We were, however, able to create a set with details to the amount of tickets they purchased as well as the cost.
In reports, we were able to execute the output set with the list we had created and we actually turned the executed output set into excel and then into a google document so our entire box office staff could participate in the call down.
I hope this helps!

We are using that report but it does not give us the phone number, maybe our reports are not set up properly.
Thank for your help

Hi Steve–
We use the Performance Seating Book, which give us customer #, order #, patron name, phone number and seat location.
