Hello all,
I am trying to develop a ticket Order Acknowlegment where the operator can edit the content before printing, and to have the option to copy and paste the edited Order Acknowledgment into an email. This is essential for our staff booking education groups.
My thinking is to have the Acknowlegment document be a Word file, or initate a merge process at some point.
Does anyone else work with Order Acknowlegments in this way?

Just to 'close the loop' on this thread, the best solution is obviously to have a separate MS Word Merge file that is mapped to the Tessitura fields. After the standard order acknowlegment is loaded, going File > Merge will push the data into Word for editing/printing.
Also, we have found it useful to include saved word documents as attachments in the Research tab of the constituent for important bookings.
