We've got some people in our organization interested in finding out if anyone out there is currently doing Tess ticketing through an iPad and using a USB credit card swiper to finalize the transaction. And...if you are...would you be willing to share some of the process and or successes/challenges? We currently are close to going live with a phone App, but this would be different.

We have done it using a port through 2X software, but have not tested credit card swipers yet. The 2X interface may be a lot to setup for limited use, our users always access Tessitura through this portal, but has worked well to provide remote access on iPads.
