We are having trouble with the Web API Method “GetScreens”. We would like to create a performance that uses SYOS and the “GetScreens” call. We have created the seat map in “Map Painter” but the column “dw_syntax” is showing up as “null” in “T_SMAP”. How can we get this column to populate the data from the “Map Painter”?
