Waiting Lists

Hi all,

We try to avoid the waitlist situation but sometimes it's inevitable and we would like to find a way of tracking requests through Tessitura.

If anyone could share their approach that would be really helpful!

Thanks

Since I wasn't able to find a way that worked for us in Tessitura, my web developer created an online form that he attaches to sold out performances. The patron fills out the form and it emails me their information, what they want and how many. I then create a rule in Outlook for all the waitlist emails to be diverted to a folder to keep my iPhone from blowing up at all hours.

Once we have seats come available we call through the list (oldest first), we do not leave messages, and the seats go to the first one that answers the phone or calls back once they see their caller id.

    Maybe this helps,

    Bobbie
