MC50 Scan Button Sticking

Good day.

Has anyone had a problem with the scan button sticking on the MC50? If so, how were you able to resolve the issue?

We have one scanner (out of eight total) that sometimes sticks in the scan position, and the only reliable solution seems to be to reboot the scanner. Sometimes pressing the scan button again several times will resolve the issue, but this is hit or miss.

    Hi Dan,

     

    We’ve had no reports of sticky keys or buttons on any of our devices.  If you’re still under warranty I’d get it replaced!  Our experience with the MC50 thus far has been very positive.
