Having used PAHT last year and only used one ticket tempalte, we were wondering if PAHT supports sending a different electronic ticket design for each price type, same concept as printing a regular ticket?
Is this something that needs to be customized or enabled with TPAHTS?
In short, yes. If you do not specify a design in the TR_PAHT_CONFIGURATION table for the MOS, the ticket data will be generated from the ticket design specified in the performance’s pricing setup. If you go this route, you would need to make sure you have PAH templates created for every possible price handled by PAH.

You mention I would have to create several templates. No problem, however how do I associate the email template with a price type. Is there a reference table?
