We have a new event that is scheduled to go onsale soon, but for some reason when we choose a seat from the seat map there is no zone associated with that seat and therefore no price. All appropriate zone maps and price maps have been applied to the facitily. When I run validate for completeness the screen comes back blank. Does anyone have any ideas as to why there is no value associated with the seats in the seat map? Thank you.

Have you done any rezoning recently? If that facility were rezoned, you may need to run up_update_zone_no, as well as the other procedures mentioned in this post: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/network/Learning/Tessitura%20Knowledgebase/Ticketing%20Setup/Facility%20Manager/16088.aspx
