I am currently testing rollover from our 11-12 season into our 12-13 season. I ran into a random issue and I am not able to figure out any type of anomaly and I am hoping someone out there can help.
I have isolated 3 patrons that had the same 11-12 package with the same price type and in the same seating area. 2 of the patrons rolled over without issue into the 12-13 package. 1 of the patrons seats rolled over into an old order from 2005. The seats were pulled, but the price was zero (obviously because the current price was not available in 2005)
During rollover I am using the Hold Until Date, but not the Order Date or Add to Orders Created After date.
Any ideas and help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Jena Tunnell
If you have multiple rollover you want in the same order, set the "Add to orders created after" date to the day before your rollovers.

I believe the best practice is to always use a "Add to orders created after" date, and then just set it to tomorrow (or the day after you run it), if you want everything in new orders.
For your one exception household, I'm guessing their order from 2005 still has accepting rollovers set to Y, where perhaps the others' older orders do not have that. But that's just a guess.

Howdy: Another possible reason for a failure is if a patron excahnged all of their fixed seat tickets, either by moving to other dates, or upgrading their tickets. This would remove their seat in the composite map thus producing a 'failed' rollover.
Best of luck!Kindly,
