creating renewal forms without Infomaker

I just tried saving to excel, and all get is some seat numbers in the seat columns, but there is no other data there.

My D_Object is: d_report_renewal.

WE do not have Infomaker, so if this an infomaker report, that eplains why I can’t get the data.

What you want is the data behind what you see on the screen, so generally it doesn’t matter what it’s showing (but what you describe does sound a little odd).  Renewal notices always select the same set of data, but they don’t always display all that data.  When you save the output to Excel though, you will get all the data, even if some of that data isn’t displayed on the screen.  So try saving the output to Excel and see what you get.

If you don’t get the data you want when you do that, look in the T_FORMAT_INFO table and tell me what is in the D_Object column for the row for the renewal notice format you are using when you run the Renewal Notices report.
