We may begin processing donations on ticket orders through our box office. Is anyone else doing this? If so, how are you doing this in Tessitura and what has your experience been so far? Thanks for any feedback!

I know that the Arts Centre in Melbourne, does this with great success, as I helped implement it when I worked there.
They do use a 3rd party script to do it, but you may be able to chat to them and they can point you in the right direction.

Following on from this, the Opera house also does online donations, with a ticket purchase, or individually.
