Flagging Constituents in an Order

Hello,

Is there a way to flag a consittuent header in the order window without having to make a customized constituent header? I am needing to flag a constituent so that when a ticket agent sales the patron a ticket a flag appears in the order pane signaling the ticket agent to look up and or read the notes/CSI in the constituents file.

Hi George -

I'd say the easiest "out-of-the-box" way to do this would be to create a constituency with a short description of "CSI" or the like, and then train your ticket agents to keep an eye out for that constituency in the header. We have a "Check Bio Notes" constituency (short desc "BIO") that accomplishes essentially the same thing.

In v11, you can use the new Flex Header (included with v11) which lets you configure elements in the header using a couple of new System Tables. Much easier than writing you own custom header and easily able to do what you describe.
