We just started using the built in flex package functionality and I'm wondering if there is a way to have a show automatically drop off from the list of available performances.I thought that MOS in the performance would do this but it doesn't seem to stop you from being able to sell the show after the MOS end date.They only way I came up with to automatically stop a show from being sold after it's passed would be to set the end date for the price types causing an error when you tried to seat them.
Am I missing something or is the best solution to manaully remove them from the performance list after they have passed?

That's what we do.
I believe you can go into your performance groups and remove performances that have occurred without any ramifications.
I quickly tested it and it seems to work fine.
As for the 'automatic' part of the equation...I don't know of anything except allowing the error to occur...which is what we currently do.
