Is is possible to have the same Zone Legend character for one Zone Map. If so, can a Zone Legend be changed once the Zone has been established and performances have been sold?

If I am understanding what you are asking correctly the answer is Yes.
We have a zone map where different sections of the house are the same price but we want to make sure that no zone overlaps into another section of the house. So when we originally create the zones they all had a different legend Character (e.g. a, b, c, d, etc.). After painting the map we simply went back and changed all the different zone legends in the different sections that were the same price to the same legend so that operators looking at the overall map could easily see all the seats that were the same price even though technically the zone was different.
On at least one occasion we had to go back and change the legend after a show was selling so that we could rezone some seats correctly. The change in the zone map translated immediately to all shows. We then changed it back after we made the adjustment.
