We have a product called Choose Your Own where a patron can purchase up to 4 concerts that they choose themselves. If the patron does not know all 4 concerts they want to attend, they can do a combination of concerts and get the remaining balance on a Gift Card or just purchase a Gift Card for all 4 concerts.
We would like to make this process easier for our staff so they do not have to add or subtract the amount that needs to be placed on the Gift Card.
Is there a way to create a "dummy" concert (or voucher) that is specifically tied to a Gift Card payment type so that the negative amount that is supposed to be on the Gift Card automatically shows up and then the rep can pay off the entire order with some ease?
