Canned comp code report?

We've recently begun assigning reason indicators to all discounted PTs (not just "Comp").  Is there a canned report that tracks comp codes?  All my colleagues in the area use TStats (which we don't have) or custom reporting to pull this data, but it seems to me that there's gotta be a canned report that does this...right?

  • Hi Kelly,

There is a canned report called “Complimentary Ticket Listing” and it lists the Comp Reason. Hope this helps

  • Thanks, Ashley!  Woefully, it doesn't look like we have that particular report.  Le sigh...

  • Do you have access to all the canned reports? You might want to double check with your IT department.

  • I don't believe that is a standard report. Sounds like one worth sharing, though.

  • Hmm. I have access to all reports in our system and we don't have that one either. Is it possibly a shared or custom report?

  • You are right, I had my IT guy take a look. Sorry!

  • In my profile on the Tessitura website is a Price Type Reason report that will look at all of the reasons for all price types for a performance.  Your DBA is welcome to download the report and install it for you.  We find it very useful for exactly what you are describing.

  • Complimentary Reason Listing (sic) is not a standard report, just FYI.
