I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share how you are handling renewals for Create Your Own Flex series renewals? We would like to have these series included on our renewal invoices for our next season and allow these subscribers to renew their packages online through some sort of rollover order if possible.

Hi Amy,
We use a Ranking to identify CYO subscribers for online renewals. This really just points them to pages with the ‘welcome to the next season’ messaging and allows access to an allocation not available to brand new subscribers. We don’t provide them with any sort of seating or faux rollover – they just need to start the CYO process from scratch.
