One of our House Managers has asked to be notified every time a certain patron makes a ticket purchase so that they know the when/where's of this patron.
Does anyone know of an easy way for an automatic flag to go to the House Manager when this patron makes a ticket purchase? For now we've placed a note on the Research tab and hope that our box office staff take the time to read it and create a CSI for the house manager, but would like a way to have this automated if possible.
