A box office staff member tried to process a payment today for a ticket and the card was rejected. The staff member could not recall the error word for word, but at the bottom of the message there was something about incorrect syntax or something - a note i have never seen before.
Can someone please help me figure out the error message, or perhaps point me to documentation on different types of denied credit card reasons?
