Hello,
I need some assistance in finding documentation (if any exists) on adding a network Lemur(Boca) printer to our ticket agents' computers. I would like the ability to chose either a local ticket printer conncected to the computer or a network printer centrally located. Also to remotely print to this network printer from another location.
Any information would be appreciated.

Tessitura recognizes any generic text printer available on a workstation (local or networked).
You can find instructions on installing ticket printers in the Ticket Printing document.

Hi David,
As this is such an old post, it's not surprising that the documentation isn't in place any more. The Tessitura Help System has got good information about ticket printer setup. In the Help System, go to Ticketing Setup and Administration/Ticket Printing/Ticket Printers - you'll find the info there.

(I chose a v14 help link, but nothing has changed between v12.5 and v14 in the area of ticket printer setup)
If you ever want to grab link to share for a help topic, all you need to do is right-click on the topic in the TOC and selecte Copy Link Address (or the equivalent in the browser you are using).
