Is there a way to track expired gift certificates in Tess? If a gift certificate is partially redeemed, would the new gift certificate have the same expiration date as the original?
Any information on how your organization expires & tracks gift certificates would be greatly appreciated!

Since I posted that link several years ago, all the documentation has been moved into the online help system.
