Is anyone using Tessa to generate your House Management/ Front of House reports? We are looking to develop one but want to know what others are doing and if you will share your experiences with us. We are less concerned with scheduling of ushers and are more interested in the reporting with performance information included. Any ideas?

Hi Janna,
If you are recording attendance (either with N-Scan or by scanning stubs after the show starts) the Attendance by Performance report might give you what you are looking for, at least in part. I know that way back when I was a box office manager, we put together something similar manually (because we were not recording attendance yet) in conjunction with the house manager.
