House Management Reporting in Tessa?

Is anyone using Tessa to generate your House Management/ Front of House reports?  We are looking to develop one but want to know what others are doing and if you will share your experiences with us.  We are less concerned with scheduling of ushers and are more interested in the reporting with performance information included.  Any ideas?

  • We use CSI's to let FOH know about any issues that a customer has let us know about via our Call Centre (ie they need to be met with a wheelchair at a specific door etc.). They also get Seating Books for the event, restaurants, carparks as scheduled reports. They also have access to Tessitura so that they can run reports etc on the night should they need to.

    We also have a report which looks at all the bookings made on the seats which are available for Access use which lets them know how many wheelchairs they have in each section.
