Our box office staff need to print individual tickets sold by the Box Office Manager, however, they use 2 different MOS. Is there something I can change in security or elsewhere to allow those with "Box Office" MOS access to print tickets sold in "Box Office Mgr" MOS? Thank you for your help with this.
2011 is our first year in T2 (as I like to abbreviate it) and we are only now discovering the joys of the forum.
If they have access to batch ticket printing, they don't need access to the MOS. They can just set up a batch print set to print whatever is in that MOS. Would that work?
Yes, that will work. I was hoping for a different answer, but if it cannot be done, it cannot be done. The box office is trying to avoid printing every order as they come in, which would also solve this problem. thank you for the valuable input.
