Hello All -

Is there a way to manipulate the standard delivery method in Tessitura for one select performance to "Hold at Will Call" for all tickets sold to that specific concert?

    Hi Paula,

     

    You could just restrict printing at the performance level and switch it on when you need to print. That’s how we restrict posting out tickets for big contemporary gigs.
