We have just implemented Print At Home Tickets and all seems to be worknig well.
We have an event coming up that we would like for the Web ticket patrons to have the choice of printing tickets at home as far out as 2 hours before performance time. At first the default of HABO kicked in at 10 days out. I then found where I can make an adjustment for the delivery method of Print At Home to be available up to 1 day before performance. (in TX_MOS_SHIP_METHOD)
How can I make this option, print at home ticket, available a couple of hours befor performance?

We set the days before performance that PAH is available to 0. Then we take the performance off of sale online two hours before the performance time. This way Patrons can select Print at Home all the way up to the time it goes off of sale. Would that work for you?

Thank you for responding. I was not sure if it would take the value of 0 , I should have tried it anyway. I will try that and I am sure it would work, because we do stop internet sales a few hours before the start of event. THANKS
