We recently went live with PAH on our website. We are experiencing order exceptions which include: purchasers receiving their order confirmation and not their PDF ticket confirmation and purchasers receiving two order confirmations and not receiving their PDF ticket confirmation
1. Has anyone been experiencing process exceptions and what did your investigations conclude.
2. Are these exceptions arising from the PAH logic, API, email service, user navigation and/or website functionality.
3. Has anyone had formatting problems from Mac users with an OS of 10.4 or earlier?
We are asking this because we are finding that if they use the default of opening the PDF in Preview instead of using Adobe Reader the bar code is missing and some other fields are misformed.

Just wanted to share a related v9 update. In v9 you can have multiple barcodes and print them horizontally or vertically.
