We recently went live with PAH on our website. We are experiencing order exceptions which include: purchasers receiving their order confirmation and not their PDF ticket confirmation and purchasers receiving two order confirmations and not receiving their PDF ticket confirmation
1. Has anyone been experiencing process exceptions and what did your investigations conclude.
2. Are these exceptions arising from the PAH logic, API, email service, user navigation and/or website functionality.
3. Has anyone had formatting problems from Mac users with an OS of 10.4 or earlier?
We are asking this because we are finding that if they use the default of opening the PDF in Preview instead of using Adobe Reader the bar code is missing and some other fields are misformed.

We have been using PAH for over 2 years now and encounter exceptions that hang the service. From our experiences, most exceptions hang the service and require restart to correct. We have implemented a process that looks through the log files and if it sees an exception error, it will email us so that we can restart the service and mitigate lengthy periods of downtime.
Then as far as Mac's go, preview the default program has trouble, so we have directions in several places instructing our patrons to download the latest version of Adobe Reader and use Reader to open the PAH tickets.

Would one or both of you be willing to post your PDF template for me to look at? We are having difficulty in testing getting the barcode to appear under any scenario. I have name a field 'barcode' in the template, but no luck. Any thoughts?
