Seat Map dimensions

Hi all! Just looking for a bit of feed back.

I built all of our facilities on V9 using 22x80 grid dimensions (which was the recommended size). When we switched to V10 I started receiving comments from the box office staff saying parts of their seat maps are being cut off if the seats went right to the far right side or bottom of the screen.

In order to fix this problem I had them all change their seating map font size to 14 instead of 16.

Did anyone else have this problem after the upgrade? If you did, how did you fix it?

Thanks!

  • Are your window displays set to use Large Fonts DPI?  This was an old recommended setting for Tessitura, but is no longer the case.  Try changing the DPI setting to 100% or 96 pixels per inch, which in Windows 7 can be found here:

Control Panel à Display à Set Custom Text Size
