Hello.
Just trying out the 'Fees By Performance' report and some of the fees we wish to report on aren't showing in the drop down.
Any ideas? I thought it was because they were 'User Defined' but it doesn't seem to be the case.

**EDIT** Just noticed that the report is SEAT level only - totally explains the problem. Ignore me! **EDIT**
Only performance seat level fees are included in the report.
Also, if you select a Fee Category, only fees in that category are listed in the Fee dropdown.
