We are in the process of setting up online subscription renewals and are running into an issue with the process and I wanted to see if anyone has dealt with something similar.
Our internal process for subscription renewals is all rollover orders are rolled into a full package. For patrons that don't want to do a full renewal smaller package sizes are created in Tessitura by deleting sublineitems for shows that they do not want and adjusting the price type for the overall order. So a 7 show package would become a 5 show package by deleting 2 sublineitems and changing the price type from 7 show to 5 show.
The issue with this online is we cannot modify the price type on an order that has already been saved which the rollover process does (the web API does not permit this.)
