List Manager

Good Morning All!

We have our Ballet School on Tess and I was trying to build a list of students for a particular class.  When I setup criteria, no members are created on the list.  I have tried using MOS education (which is what the school uses).  I have tried date parameters (that specific to "perf" date and tried using the "between" option) still, no members populate the list.  I have also tried using the performance name and still to no avail!!!!  Any suggestions as to what might be going on!!

    The procedure that updates the ticket history has a parameter for seasons. If a season is not added to that parameter, no performances from that season are added to the ticket history. Talk to your IT staff and have them check to make sure that the season for your classes is included in the season parameter.
