We are looking to purchase N-Scan and we have a couple of questions about how it has helped your organization listed below:

1. Upon implementing scanners/”print-at-home”, on average do more patrons choose to use this capability as opposed to tickets being printed at the box office?

2. After implementing scanners, what are the major issues about ticketing you feel have been solved?

We are in a time crunch, so if possible, please respond by Oct 14.

    We've used NScan since we opened in 2009. Access control is wonderful if you can get it.  The scanners have lots of useful functionality other than "good ticket/bad ticket".   The ability to put in a message to the usher who scans the ticket is one our favs.  Since we implemented "print at home" we've seen more and more people use this delivery method, saving us $$ on ticket stock, postage, and labor costs.

     

    NSCAN is Gooood!  :)
