Print at Home Ticket Design TPAHTS

Hi

I am having trouble creating a center-aligned text element in the pdf template. The pdf form element is set to align center and in the ticket design the element is set to align center. However in the emailed pdf the element is left-aligned. Our config file TessituraETicketServerLive.exe.config is modified so that we can change the fonts and the font-size.

Thanks.

  • make sure this is set in your PAH config file

    <add key="USE LABEL" value="true" />

  • Hi Nathan

    Thanks for the response. This setting is in our config file already. We aren't having any troubles changing the font or font-size it is just getting things to center align. I am wondering if I need to limit the pdf cell length to be the same length as the data cell or uncheck scroll long text.

    Thanks

  • Hmm...I seem to recall having the same issue following a PAH upgrade and that was the fix.

    In the PDF element configuration, in the Options tab, is the Allow Rich Text Formatting box checked?

  • Hi folks.  I wanted to jump in here.  Recently, an issue was identified in the PAH service where if the USE_LABEL option is set to True, the text alignment for elements in the ticket design or template may not be respected in all cases.  Basically, the elements would end up left justified.  This issue has been resolved in the v10.1 PAH patch.  Under this version, all alignment should be properly respected regardless of whether or not the USE_LABEL key is set to True or False.  This PAH patch is available through TASK in the Version Upgrades and Patches project under solution #32 – Optional Components.  One further thing to note: although the version of the PAH patch is 10.1, you do not have to be on v10.1 of Tessitura to install it.  It will work under any flavor of v10  - i.e. 10.0, 10.0.0.1 or 10.1.0.0.
