We don’t but are planning on print at home soon. I like this concept to get people to print at home. Will you be charging people if they show up and forgot their tickets at home?

We at TPAC are about to turn on Print at Home ticketing and are considering charging a fee for will call rather than charging a fee per ticket for print at home. The idea behind this is to push patrons to print at home rather than utilize our workforce to deliver tickets. As a side benefit, we'd like to sell a sponsorship for our print at home template.
We are curious if there are any other Tessitura clients using this model for will call / print at home tickets? If so, what are the charge for will call.
Thanks for any input.
David

Our normal policy is to not charge a subsriber but do charge a single ticket purchaser. As we all know, policy on something like this is easily "bendable" so we usually waive that charge with a warning that we normally would charge a fee.
