I have been tasked with reporting on hard ticket vs PAH ticket sales over time. Does anyone know where in Tess I can see if a ticket that is printed is PAH or not? do i need to depend on the order Delivery method? has some brilliant person out there already created this?
Do you have T-Stats? I have created a report in T-Stats and used the Ticket Orders/Delivery Method criteria in the Filter/Slicer to give me the PAH results.
