Unseated Package Sales Report

Hello,

We are looking for a summary report that details how many unseated packages have been sold.

We love the Package Sales Report (as it breaks things down by category etc) but it doesn't show unseated packages.

Is there an out of the box solution I've missed?  Has anyone got a report that they would like to share? *grin*

Beau.

  • Hi Beau,

Three ways come to mind that might work for you:

    1. Order Search screen with MOS set to your Subscription mode of sale and Seated=No

    2. You have T-Stats at MRC, so the Packages cube looking at Package Seats against Seating Status and/or Sub Lineitem Status (they're in the Order Details dimension). When a package seat has a mixture of seating statuses (some seated, some not), it will show those package seats as "(Mixed)".

    3. T-Stats Tickets cube filtered on Price Type Category=Subscription and looking at Num Tickets against Seating Status and/or Sub Lineitem Status (they're in the Order Details dimension). If you have some price types that are in the Subscription Price Type Category, but that aren't used to sell the subscriptions you want to report on, you may need to filter those out as well (like maybe if you have a Sub Add-On Single price type).

Hopefully one or all of these will work for you.

  • Thanks Chris – this has worked well! J
