Hi all,
I know it is possible to delete performances from a perf group after the package already has sales, but is it workable to delete an entire perf group from a pkg? Also, the documentation says some sales reports might be affected by removing perfs from a perf group after sales. Does anybody know which reports those are? Thanks.
Hi Amanda,
You cannot delete performance groups from packages once transactions have been made against those packages. The reports that are affected by deleting performances from packages are: Package Sales by Campaign, Package Statistics, and of course any custom reports that touch on performance group information.
