Credit Card Failed Authorizations in the Tessitura Client?
Our in-house call center and Box Office have reported this error is on the increase and are wondering if there is a technical problem.
In checking with Intrix we have learned that a 51-- means "Insufficient Funds".
Just wondering if something has changed at the merchants or processors or if we are just seeing some statistical variability in action.
