Patron and organizational user and financial benefits? What are your experiences and results?
We've only recently gone live with N-Scan and already its been met with great reception by our customers and FoH team. We recently had a show which wasn't ready to open the doors until 30 minutes before curtain up, before we would never had got everyone in and seated in time, however N-Scan made this process much quicker. I've also heard from the FoH team that it was extremely easy to resolve any seating problems and you can use the units to find empty seats.
Going forward were looking at implementing Print @ Home ticketing, which will provide a few financial benefits due to reduced ticket stock costs etc. We may even make money off it by selling advertising space to local companies. Obviously with Print @ Home ticketing there are increased risks with fraudulant tickets, though N-Scan helps to keep this to a minimum.
