I have an online promo code set up, but it is not overriding the default price type. I have checked "Override Default Price Type" when setting up the offer. Also, I have made sure that there is only one default price type for the Web MOS (that caused a problem previously). Any other ideas on what I might be missing? It is causing confusion, because patrons don't look to change the price type and think the Promo Code isn't working...

Louisa, that was my one idea. I suspect we set up online discounts bit differently from you (and most other Tessitura users), and have a local table: LTR_DISCOUNT with active dates. It does sound like a date somewhere is awry, if things worked then didn’t. Maybe other out there have some ideas?
