Hi everyone,
I have an online promo code set up, but it is not overriding the default price type. I have checked "Override Default Price Type" when setting up the offer. Also, I have made sure that there is only one default price type for the Web MOS (that caused a problem previously). Any other ideas on what I might be missing? It is causing confusion, because patrons don't look to change the price type and think the Promo Code isn't working...

The first thing I would check would be the dates of the offer. Also did you add a row to tr_web_source_no for your promotion?
