Hi everyone!
I was hoping someone could provide guidance on an issue we are having with our batch print of our subscription tickets.
We have very flexible subscription options allowing patrons to choose FLEX packages (same quantity of tickets to each event, with a minimum of three events to make a package) and additional add on tickets(different price type) at the subscriber price to the packaged events.
Example: Performance 1, 2 package tickets + Performance #2, 2 package tickets and 2 add on tickets (4 all together) + Performance #3, 2 tickets. Total Performances = 3, total tickets = 8.
This currenty reflects our business model, but as you can guess, it's giving us a problem in our batch print as the add on tickets, which are not affiliated with a package, but a MOS are coming out at the end of the order rather than in the chronological order. In other words, patrons will get their tickets and have to sort through all of their tickets to ensure that there hasn't been an error.
Is there any way at all to sort the batch by chronological order of events within each package and include the Sub add on tickets as if they were a part of the package? Any help or guidance would be appreciated!! Many Thanks!

I have not played around with this feature specificly, so this is a stab in the dark- Can you sort by Perf Code before you hit the print button? We sort by either name or customer ID, then order #, and then print type (to keep headers always coming out first). It seems like perf code would group everything together like you want.
