Event Build Requirements

Here at The Granada Theatre, as I'm sure many of you do, we work with several different producing/presenting companies and I'm currently working on an Event Build Requirements document that we could provide to our partners that they in turn could fill out and return to us.

I was wondering if anyone out there has a document, system or any ideas that I might incorporate into this document.  I'm looking to ask for as much information from our partners as is humanely possible, I don't want to ask for too much but at the same time I'd like to cut down on some of the back and forth that can go on during an Event Build.

What have you found to be the clearest, and best way(s) to retrieve the information you need from your partners to build their events in Tessitura?  I greatly appreciate any and all feedback.

Cheers!

I like it!  I think I need to add some of this to our ticket rider...

    Hi Christopher,

I've added ours to my profile for you.
It is VERY specific to our organization obviously, but it might help you out.

    Cheers!

Note: Some cells have restrictions on them, but I don't think the sheet is protected in any way.
