We are about to offer a discounted subscription (applying a 10% discount - through TR_discount - to an existing subscription).This is being done through a promo that has been added to the package
This discount properly applies through the client...even if we log in as a web user.
The issue is that this discount is not applying online and before I check in with our provider i wanted to see if anyone else had some ideas.
Hi Erik,
To use discount types on the web, your website must be coded to apply them. There is no standard way to trigger the application of discount types like there is with offers and mode of sale changes. So unless your website was built to work with discount types, which is unlikely, you will not be able to use them online without making changes to your website code.
