Issues with Batch Ticket Printing Setup

Hi All,

Has anyone experienced issues with the Batch Ticket Printing Setup?  Once we select Preview, the batch is blank despite existing orders.  This is occurring with our Web MOS. 

Any suggestions on where to look first to rectify this? 

We are wondering if this is API related.  We have recently changed our external IP address.  Long story short, the gateway server itself has two diff. internal IP addresses. 

Is there somewhere API related to Batch Ticket Printing Set Up that could be effected by our changes that is causing the web batch tickets not to pull?  Where do we need to make changes within Tessitura?

  • Have you checked to make sure that the 'Printing' checkbox associated with your Web MOS is checked at the performance level?  Ticketing Setup -->Production Elements --> Performance --> Mode of Sale Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4

    Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4

    Otherwise it could be a parameter in your Batch Printing set up window.

    I figured out the parameter issue within Batch Printing Set Up and this works now!  Thanks so much for the direction.  It was a silly oversight!
