Hello!
We are experiencing some kinks while trying to use the upgrade button on a Super Package. We add the upgrade line item, mark it as primary...but we are unable to pick a zone, because the packages have *mixed* zones on the line items tab. We are unable to change the zone in the Sub Line Items tab.
It our other packages, when we pick the zone, the price displays, that way we can take payment for the primary line, but as we are unable to pick the zone on the super packages, there is no total due on the order.
Has any one experienced this and devised a fix? I hope this is just a rookie mistake! This is the first super package we have renewed.

Hi Becci,
Click the "Package Details" button at the bottom left of the screen (right above continuous fee calculation) - this will allow you to select the zones for the upgrade line. We've been doing superpackages for years and just discovered this recently. It has changed our lives!
