Hooray for my first post in the forum!
Despite taking awesome sessions at the conference on this very topic from both Kevin and Anna, I'm currently finding myself stumped. Using various criteria in both lists and extractions I keep coming up with a bunch of 0s.
Here's the deal: I'm trying to pull a list of all subscribers who subscribed into all of the 7 plays in our season. What I've been doing is, in extractions, using Pkg code as my criteria and selecting one of our 7-play package codes, then in the "or" field selecting the rest of them...and I keep getting 0.
Thoughts, dear reader? I will also eventually need to pull lists of subscribers who are seeing certain shows but not other shows.

Congratulations on your first post. I think what you want to do in the top section is choose your package code criterion, select the ‘In’ operator and then select all the applicable package codes from the dropdown. You shouldn’t need to put anything in the OR section for this criteria set.
Thanks Gregg! It now generates a list, but the info on the list appears to be inaccurate. I think there might be something wrong with the criteria sets. To my DBA I go! Sigh...
