Batch Ticket Printing Problem!

I think this might be my first post in the Forum - so let's get this party started!

So. I've had word from our Box Office that there are lots of orders that aren't coming out when they run Batch Ticket Printing. The orders are for performances which are enabled for printing and have the Delivery Method of 'Send By Post'. The weirdest bit is that some tickets in the order will appear (car park vouchers, dining etc) but the tickets for the show doesn't. Yet when you load and manually print the order - everything comes out of the printer!

Any ideas would be welcome!

    It sounds like some of the performances you want to print are not selected in your batch.  Double check that the right season is selected (and if you have tickets from multiple seasons in an order then the all active seasons option should be selected) and then that all the performances you want to print are listed and selected in the performance pane.
