Paying Royalties for a Performance

Our Ticketing Service Manager must pay royalties at the end of each performance week for a show.  Since we have just finished our first show on tessitura she is having a little trouble trying to figure out the best report to get the information she needs.  She needs to be able to tell how many tickets were single, subscription and comps and also what payment type was used along with the totals.  Does anyone have a good suggestion on what report(s) she should use?  Any help to make her life easier would be much appreicated.

Thanks!

  • We currently use a report called the Box Office Settlement and in a previous position I used a report called Payments by Performance – they both showed the break down of sales by credit card type, cash, check etc.  The Box Office Settlement shows sales by price type and mode of sale as well.  I am not sure if these are custom reports or available to all organizations.
